*Firecracker Shrimp – Lightly tempura battered shrimp tossed with house made Sriracha aioli, fresh lime juice, sprinkled with chopped cilantro. Served on crispy corn tortilla chips.
*Prime Rib Crostini – Slow roasted prime rib sliced thin and piled high on French baguette crostini with horseradish cream and caramelized onions. Drizzled with black pepper demi-glace and white truffle.

*Potato crusted Chilean Seabass – With Israeli cous-cous, garlic cream, basil infused olive oil.

*Petite cut Filet Mignon – With smoked gouda gratin hash, wild mushroom duxelles and bearnaise.

*Roasted Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Salad – Shredded kale, shaved brussels sprouts, napa cabbage, toasted pepitas, roasted tomato-balsamic vinaigrette.
From The Garden
*Grilled Lemon Garlic Asparagus – Oven roasted heirloom potatoes tossed in melted garlic/herb butter.
Dessert
*Mini Key Lime Pie Bites – A mini-er version of our house made mini-Key Lime pie. With fresh Chantilly cream and a dusting of lime zest.

Taste a variety of wines and a few mixed cocktails as you make you way through the evening!
